EIBA Membership Fees & Applications / Renewals

EIBA membership FEES:

 The current annual EIBA membership fees are
€157.30 (€130 + 21% Belgian VAT) per calendar year for Regular EIBA members
or
€121.00 (€100 + 21% Belgian VAT) for PhD* students (official proof of status required each year) and Retired** members.
[NOTE: All EIBA memberships and benefits for a given year run from January 1 to December 31 regardless of when one joins or renews.]

EIBA membership INCLUDES:
 
full online member access for the year to EIBA's associated journal International Business Review (IBR)
[NOTE: Full online access to IBR issues is available for current EIBA members only via the password-protected gateway at the link www.eiba.org/ibr.]
and
full online member access for the year to published volumes of EIBA's book series Progress in International Business Research (PIBR)
[NOTE: Full online access to PIBR + four business journals is available for current EIBA members only via the password-protected gateway at the link www.eiba.org/pibr.]

Please be aware that EIBA membership for the following calendar year (but not the current year) is included wtih paid registration to the EIBA Annual Conference. If you did not participate in the last EIBA conference, you can apply for  or renew your EIBA membership online. Note that only credit cards (Mastercard or Visa) are accepted.

How to apply/renew your EIBA membership



*Are you a PhD Student?
To qualify for the lower EIBA PhD membership fee when applying or renewing online, you need to upload a valid proof, following this procedure.

**Are you a Retired Member or Emeritus Fellow?
To qualify for the lower EIBA Retired membership fee when applying or renewing online, in addition to upload a proof, you must meet the following three criteria:

  1. Not in full-time employment
  2. At least 68 years old
  3. A loyal (continuous or frequent) EIBA member over the past ten years.
